Susannah Sinclair
Susannah M. Sinclair is the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & Digital Communications Manager at the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research (GSSWSR). Among her duties, she manages the CRM software system used by the Field Education Office, which houses a database of more than 800+ agencies and users, and creates and manages social media and digital communications like e-newsletters and website updates for the GSSWSR. Susannah is the lead team member of the Technology Working Group at the GSSWSR, and manages technology support for students through the Student Services department. Susannah received her master's degree in Management Information Systems through the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is certified in IT Project Management, Business Process Management, and Business Analytics. Susannah is committed to improving digital competency and online visibility in the field of higher education and making technology more accessible to students. She passionately believes that technology should be a tool that improves student outcomes and experiences, rather than a learning obstacle, and should enrich learning and retention in higher education and anywhere else learning takes place. Technology can help encourage more equitable use and access for everyone, creating connectivity between learners of all ages, backgrounds, and expertise.
