This classic pasta dish is a “must” at the Italian holiday table and it can become a tradition at yours too. You’ll receive a hands-on step-by-step guide for making pasta dough using a pasta machine and the instructions for incorporating the three cheese filling made of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan for a great combination of creamy texture and flavor. While you can fold the pasta by hand, discover how easy it is to use a ravioli cutter, a metal cutting frame and plastic mold.
