Balancing these microbes, known as the microbiome, is an essential aspect of sustaining your overall health. In this class, learn gut friendly recipes to reduce inflammation and support the presence of beneficial bacteria in your body. Discuss the benefits of some dietary interventions to help improve gut health including reducing inflammatory foods, adding pre- and probiotics, fermented foods and specific diets such as low-FODMAP, anti-Candida and SIBO diets. Tasting included.
