You won’t believe these sweet tooth satisfying desserts are both vegan and gluten free. You’ll use just a few better for you ingredients to create a creamy, smooth chocolate pudding with a “surprise” and a rich, dark chocolate ganache tarte in a pecan crust decorated with a fruit coulis. Perfect for holidays and any occasion, they can be made in advance and stored in the freezer. Discuss various types of gluten-free flours. Taste the results.

Char Nolan

Char Nolan has been plant-based for ten years. She is a certified plant-based chef with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from é-Cornell. She teaches nutrition and plant-based cooking throughout the Philadelphia region.
