Here’s your chance to take a behind-the-scenes look at this local brewery where Tom Arnold, head brewer and co-owner, will discuss the brewing process as well as Locust Lane’s brewing philosophy. A tasting menu follows where you will sample selections from the current beer menu paired with small plates from the food truck prepared by Chef David Kinsey, a classically trained French chef who has cooked alongside of Julia Child and Iron Chef Cat Cora.
