All these delicious dishes are made from fresh, raw and complete nutrient dense ingredients. Leave the table fully satisfied, but not overstuffed. Sample the results in class.

Char Nolan

Char Nolan has been plant-based for ten years. She is a certified plant-based chef with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from é-Cornell. She teaches nutrition and plant-based cooking throughout the Philadelphia region.
