Elevate your everyday cooking with the vibrant and delicious flavors of Mexico in this immersive, hands-on cooking experience. You’ll make pico de gallo, guacamole, a crunchy tostada with shredded chicken or shrimp and various toppings, then finish with a warm Mexican chocolate cookie while enjoying a good measure of the country’s language and culture relative to what you are preparing. Taste the results.

Allison Farcus
Allison Farcus was born and raised in Miami Beach and moved to the Main Line in 2019. Since her twenties, she’s enjoyed hosting dinner and cocktail parties. She created SAUTE and SOIREE to create opportunities for people to connect over food and cooking.
