Forget about those bland processed and pre-packaged foods – go local! Picked or sourced at the peak of freshness, local farms and farmers markets offer a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meats and seafood which are bursting with flavors and vitamins. In this demonstration class, Ann will share recipes which incorporate farm market finds including pan cooked fish with a fresh tomato-herb sauce and a fantastic mixed berry crumble.
