From appetizers to entrees, pesto sauce can make any dish more exciting and flavorful. Antonella will show you how to create four variations of pesto sauce to include the classic basil as well as a broccoli, a walnut and a red pepper pesto. These healthy sauces are easy to prepare and can be part of a meal, just a condiment or even a salad dressing. Taste and take home a jar of each pesto prepared in class.
