NEW Discover what makes Hagley unique—the black powder yards, the historic machinery, and the original home of the du Pont family in America. See demonstrations of a 19th century machine shop and witness a black powder explosion. Next, visit the du Pont family home and garden and learn about how the family lived, worked, and played. Exclusive opportunity for a "behind the scenes" experience with the Hagley Historian to see treasures not ususally on view. Please note the walking/standing scale for this activity is 2 FEET which means Moderate Walking and Some Standing.
