Phyllo dough is what makes the Greek dish, Spanakopita - spinach and feta enclosed in phyllo - as well as Pasta Flora - a traditional Greek fruit cream-filled tart with a sweet flaky phyllo crust. Join Chef Frances as she teaches about all things Greek. Armed with her family's 40-year-old broomstick, she will begin rolling out phyllo dough to serve up some Spanakopita and Pasta Flora. In addition, you will make individual Greek Salads.
