Got lots of apples and wondering what to do with them? Follow along in your own kitchen with a step-by-step demonstration of this easy recipe using just a few simple ingredients to create sweet and warm spice flavored apple butter (but it’s actually not butter, just apples cooked down and concentrated in their essence.) This “butter” has lots of great uses too! Spread it on biscuits, scones and toast or preserve it for gifts or for your own enjoyment later. You will also learn how to use water bath canning to preserve your butter and other foods. Instructions and ingredient list sent.
Fee: $41.00
