Feel free to cook one of the soups along with Kathy. There will be plenty of time for questions so you're no longer afraid of this handy countertop appliance. Ingredients list sent prior to class.

Kathleen Wolper

Kathy Wolper founded Kathy's Just Desserts, Inc., a boutique baking business, 18 years ago. As a former elementary teacher and technical training, Wolper missed the social interaction of teaching. She began a division called KITCHEN WIZARDS, and now employs over 25 instructors who help kids of all ages (5-95) to discover the magic of cooking, one bite at a time, through culinary enrichment programs.
