Golden brown and full of flavors, watch Fay as she demonstrates how to make these delicious spring rolls made with lump crab meat and avocado. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the thin wheat wrap is pan fried in a healthy, light safflower or sunflower oil. Served with a tart and tangy citrus-based ponzu sauce and spicy mustard, they can be either an appetizer or entrée. Taste the results accompanied by a miso soup with fresh vegetables.
