Re-imagine your favorite fish recipes with palate-pleasing flavors. In this demonstration class, learn the basics for baking, pan roasting and poaching fish to perfection. Discuss which techniques are appropriate for different types of fish then pair a variety of fish including salmon, halibut and cod with tasty sauces to infuse these dishes with rich flavors. Recipes sent prior to class.
