Staying strong, limber and mobile is part of healthy aging. Maintaining the suppleness and strength in your legs improves the ability to stand and walk without pain. Practice exercises that improve the health of your muscles and joints so that getting up and down from a chair and the ground will be easier. A chair, your bed, a mat or towel, and yoga block or book of similar shape are needed for each class.
