Every culture around the world has its version of hand pies. There are Empanadas from Spain and Portugal, British Pasties (although they don’t like it when you call them that), and Russian Pirozhki. All are delicious and perfectly portable. Learn to make classic American hand pies – one savory and two sweet. You’ll also learn about the crust that makes these pies so special.
