Take your cake decorating skills to the next level using various icings and learning advanced techniques. Practice working with butter cream and royal icing. Make decorative flowers in both methods. Supply list ($10).

CHARLENE HEALY is a trained Wilton Method Instructor and has taught many types of pastry decoration. Charlene has been teaching cake decorating for ten years and loves to teach all ages and students from beginning to advanced techniques. She has competed in cake decorating contests in Pennsylvania, Washington DC, New Jersey and Maryland.
