Kathy Wolper - Kathy Wolper founded Kathy's Just Desserts, Inc., a boutique baking business, 18 years ago. As a former elementary teacher and technical training, Wolper missed the social interaction of teaching. She began a division called KITCHEN WIZARDS, and now employs over 25 instructors who help kids of all ages (5-95) to discover the magic of cooking, one bite at a time, through culinary enrichment programs.
