Irene Levy BakerIrene Levy Baker is author of Unique Eats & Eateries of Philadelphia, which tells the stories behind 90 Philadelphia restaurants plus tips on where to find secret menu items, get reservations at trendy restaurants, get into speakeasies and more. She also wrote 100 Things To Do In Philadelphia Before You Die, which includes tried-and-true attractions and hidden gems along with tips to enhance each experience. She has spent more than 25 years eating her way through Philadelphia’s restaurants. After working at the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, she opened Spotlight Public Relations, a public relations firm specializing in restaurants and hospitality. What she has learned working one-on-one with chefs, restaurant owners, food writers, and diners will satisfy your appetite for a good meal and a great story.
