In honor of the 100th anniversary of the U.S. constitutional amendment confirming women’s right to vote, National Geographic Museum is hosting an exhibit; Women: A century of Change. The stunning photographs on exhibit show how the depiction of women has evolved since National Geographic’s founding in 1888. This wonderful exhibit illuminates, celebrates and reflects on where the world’s women have been, where they are now and where they are going. Following lunch on your own, the National Museum of Women in the Arts is the only major museum in the world solely dedicated" to celebrating women's achievements in the visual, performing, and literary arts."
The trip will take place rain or shine. Be sure to dress accordingly and wear comfortable walking shoes.
There will be no credit for cancellations after 2/18.
