After a long, cold, lonely winter, the spring wildflowers arrive, enticing us outdoors and lifting our spirits with their brightly-colored blooms. Prepare for their imminent arrival (and brief stay) with this online guide to what, when and where to enjoy their spring display. Find out where you can see early blooming purple liverworts, pink striped spring beauties, white petaled and ruby throated trilliums and bright yellow trout lilies, as well as the aptly named Dutchman’s breeches and Jack-in-the-pulpits – all of which can be found in nearby Main Line neighborhoods. (Wildflower hikes, see page 73)
Fee: $35.00
