Thomas Christopher

A graduate of the New York Botanical Garden School of Professional Horticulture, Thomas Christopher has been planting and writing about gardens for more than four decades. In addition to serving as a columnist for several nationally circulated magazines, he has written more than a dozen award-winning books, including Nature Into Art, The Gardens of Wave Hill. Currently he produces Growing Greener, a weekly radio program about environmentally friendly gardening that broadcasts on 20 radio stations and downloads as a podcast to more than 10,000 additional listeners every month. He gardens and makes vintage New England hard cider with his wife Suzanne in the Berkshire Hills of southwestern Massachusetts.
