In this lecture class, learn about risk factors, what a DEXA scan tells you, how to prevent bone loss as well as how to reduce the effects of osteopenia and osteoporosis with nutrition and the BoneWise exercise program. Try some balance and posture exercises to incorporate into your everyday activities to help boost your bone health.
