Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Discover how easy it is to balance on top of the water. Learn the basic skills needed for maneuvering a paddle board, receive instruction on a variety strokes, and have the opportunity to practice by the shore. You'll set out in a guided, interpretive tour as you experience the freedom of skimming across the water, learning about the ecosystem and history of the area. All necessary equipment is provided.
