NEW Gain a deeper understanding of Revolutionary Era farm life and appreciate the ingenuity and effort required for daily survival during a guided exploration of the Colonial Pennsylvania Farmstead. Located within Ridley Creek State Park, it is a working farm bringing the past to life through early tools and techniques, heritage breeds, a kitchen garden and historic house tour. Be engaged and inspired by the colonial farmer and his changing world in 1776. Please note the walking/standing scale for this activity is 3 FEET which means Extensive Walking and Lengthy Periods of Standing.
