These dishes stand alone as entrees or super side dishes. Ann will give you options for ingredients and how to add a meat protein option if desired. Menu: Vegetable Stir Fry with Sticky Tofu and a "Blue Zone" Sheet Pan dinner with Beans, Zucchini, Tomatoes and Gnocchi. This is a dish from the Mediterranean Island of Ikaria known for it's residents' longevity and healthy cooking.
