Cory Donovan is Co-founder & SVP of Community Engagement at ImpactPHL. ImpactPHL is a non-profit advocacy organization that encourages and helps individuals and organizations align their financial assets with their values in order to create a more inclusive, sustainable, and resilient economy in the Philadelphia region. Cory’s background in economic development and community building includes roles operating a tech startup incubator and as the Executive Director of the Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council. His prior corporate experience includes various positions with well-known tech firms like Hughes, DIRECTV, and Aerotek. Cory has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and received his MBA from Johns Hopkins University. His personal interests include playing sports (particularly pickup basketball), hip hop & old school rap, home improvement, stand-up comedy, classic cars, and animal welfare.
