Take a culinary journey through the award-winning 333 Belrose kitchen focusing on soups for the season and techniques such as puréeing. From classic soup starters to creative combinations of ingredients, Chef Carlo deMarco will demonstrate how to make a variety of winter warmers including roasted butternut squash and apple cider bisque. Learn to work with roux to make classic New England clam chowder and farmhouse chicken noodle soup. Add some easy-to-prepare bread and a salad accompanied by a selection of beer and wine to complete the meal.

Carlo grew up in Villanova, attended the Haverford School, University of Massachusetts and the Culinary Institute of America. Carlo has owned 333 Belrose since 1999. I He apprenticed under Georges Perrier at Le Bec Fin. He has 2 sons and lives in Malvern.
