From stomach soothing cardamom and ginger to anti-inflammatory turmeric, see how to create simple recipes to ease everything from headaches to sore throats and basic first aid. Discuss the differences between curative and culinary uses for these plant based products.

With over 8 years of experience as an herbalist, Mack's take on herbal uses blends traditional wisdom with modern science and practical applications. A special place in her heart has always been the use of locally available botanicals, be they the pine needles in winter, or the sweet violets in spring! Mack currently runs The Raw Spa, a skincare apothecary that specializes in unique creations for all skin types.
