Once again Hollywood has made a mockery of a historical figure in order to sell more tickets. The recent film, The Favourite, presents a totally inaccurate portrait of this queen. We will strip away the Hollywood fantasy and present her reign as significant in the growth of British power and influence, including her role in these advances. In the first place, she did not have rabbits!
