Tibetan Singing Bowls are an ancient meditative and therapeutic modality utilized by Buddhist Monks for centuries. Let the sounds of the Tibetan Singing Bowls create waves of healing vibrations. You are invited to experience this peaceful, transcendent, reflective, and meditative modality. During our time together, we will engage in a group sound healing meditation through the use of ancient sounds and geometry. Through the use of ancient sounds we will disengage the physical and engage the vastness of who we are. Experience a deep state of relaxation in which to expand and align to your highest Destiny.
