Our gut is made up of trillions of
bacteria, fungi and other microbes which play
an important role in the health of our body
and its digestive functioning. Balancing these
microbes, known as the microbiome, is an
essential aspect of sustaining your overall
health. In this demonstration class, Dianne will
give you gut friendly recipes to support the
presence of beneficial bacteria in your body.
Discuss the benefits of some dietary interventions
to help improve gut health including the
Whole30®, Paleo, Keto, Candida/SIBO and
FODMAP programs.
