Balancing these microbes, known as the microbiome, is an essential aspect of sustaining your overall health. Discuss the benefits of some dietary interventions to help improve your gut health including reducing inflammatory foods, adding pre-and probiotics and fermented foods plus specific diets. Learn how to make sauerkraut in class and take home a jar along with some other gut friendly recipes.
