Feel free to cook one of the soups along with Kathy. There will be plenty of time for questions so you're no longer afraid of this handy countertop appliance. Ingredients list sent prior to class.

Kathy Wolper founded Kathy's Just Desserts, Inc., a boutique baking business, 18 years ago. As a former elementary teacher and technical training, Wolper missed the social interaction of teaching.
