Staff, Mother Compost

Gwenn Nolan is the owner & operator of Mother Compost, a local food scraps/household waste collection service, which provides pick-ups for residents and businesses interested in composting on the Main Line. Gwenn began composting over four years ago at home and started Mother Compost after arriving at the conclusion that everyone should compost but not everyone has the time or space to do so. Familiar with composting both in the backyard and on commercial scale, Gwenn can discuss the differences between home & commercial processing. Gwenn grew up in the area and went to college at Penn State, where she studied Public Relations & Spanish. She currently lives in Wynnewood with her husband and 3 children.
