Follow along with Kathy as she guides you from start to finish in crafting made-from-scratch desserts with a wow factor. You'll prepare two desserts each week as follows: caramel apple pizzas and chocolate mousse parfaits; raspberry or strawberry meringue gateau and chocolate orange fondue; creme brûlée and tar heel pie. Ingredients list sent prior to class.

Kathy has moved on from her business, but her passion for cooking and baking - especially anything chocolate - has remained.
