If you are feeling overwhelmed by cares
and responsibilities, mindful meditation can
help you find calm and balance even in the
most difficult circumstances. Health benefits
include reduced stress, a decrease in chronic
pain, improved immunity and faster recovery
from illness. Learn techniques designed to help
you focus on the present moment instead of
being lost in past frustrations or anxiety over
the future. Each session includes twenty minutes
of guided meditation and an explanation of
each of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness
whose origins are traced to Buddhist teachings.
