During his years in frontline management, Clayton became obsessed with the importance of brain-based coaching, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness in the workplace. He also understood the importance of communication and listening skills, all of which lead to greater sales, more attuned customer service, highly effective management, as well as deeper, longer lasting client relationships. For the past twenty years, Clayton has practiced Mindfulness Meditation and was accepted into the very selective and intensive Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Certification Program in 2019, offered by Sounds True and led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. He has been teaching virtual Mindfulness classes for a national audience since the beginning of 2020. Clayton brings a high level of engagement, interaction, and education into his classroom, virtual trainings, and coaching engagements, while always modeling the importance of being in the moment. His “secret sauce” is the combination of real world experience with a natural passion for helping others succeed, which he brings to both the creation and delivery of his training and coaching content.
