Lydia Kendis is an avid home cook who is passionate about delicious, nutritious plant-based cooking. She has taught cooking classes at local libraries, a local orchard, a school and out of her kitchen at home. After more than 15 years of plant-based cooking and making of her meals from scratch, she enjoys sharing her philosophy and knowledge with her community.
