Enjoy a tasty and healthy alternative to high-calorie desserts. Chef Char's recipes are naturally lower in unhealthy saturated fats and sugars, nutrient-dense, and easy to prepare with ingredients you may already have on hand. In this hands-on class, you’ll practice making chocolate mousse pudding, black bean brownies, and an apple galette. You also will learn fun garnishing techniques to add eye appeal to any dessert.

Char Nolan

Char Nolan has been plant-based for ten years. She is a certified plant-based chef with a certificate in plant-based nutrition from é-Cornell. She teaches nutrition and plant-based cooking throughout the Philadelphia region. She is a contributor to "Veg World Magazine," and many of her recipes also appear at, The Engine 2 Cookbook, and more.
