I have taught as an adjunct professor at Villanova and West Chester Universities and have experience in both the creative and the academic areas of mindfulness. In the creative area, I have attended Castle Springs in Arizona, participating in mindfulness activities such as making sugar and salt scrubs. In previous and current classes, I've studied research-based practices for mindfulness, based on the work done at the University of California, Berkeley, Greater Good in Action. I have been an avid football fan since my childhood, and after spending many years as a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles season ticket holder, my love for the strategic side of the game has only grown. I absolutely loved teaching the football class at Main Line School Night last year, and I am very much looking forward to returning this semester. My goal is to make the game fun and approachable for everyone—whether you are trying to understand the absolute basics for the first time or looking to dive deeper into official playbooks, position duties, and game-day strategy!
