Two accomplished authors, brothers who grew up on the Main LIne and pursued different professions, discuss writing in their respective genres. Frank, a correspondent for NPR in China and currently in London, wrote the nonfiction Shanghai Free Taxi: Journeys with the Hustlers and Rebels of the New China, while David, a successful attorney litigating complex and topical cases, lives locally and wrote the fiction legal thriller, Winnabow. They will discuss their inspiration, how they conducted their research, their writing process, the stories they wanted to tell and what they learned along the way.
Will be updated.
