See how rewarding it can be to make pasta from scratch when you learn to cook three cheese ravioli with marinara based on an Italian grandmother’s favorite recipes. This classic pasta dish is a “must” at the Italian holiday table and it can become a tradition at yours too. You’ll receive a hands-on step-by-step guide for making pasta dough using a pasta machine and the instructions for incorporating the three cheese filling made of ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan for a great combination of creamy texture and flavor. While you can fold the pasta by hand, discover how easy it is to use a ravioli cutter, a metal cutting frame and plastic mold. Finish with a demonstration of how to make homemade marinara to top off your creations. Taste the results.
