Staying strong, limber and mobile is part of healthy aging. Maintaining the suppleness and strength in your legs improves the ability to stand and walk without pain. Practice the standing, seated and grounding exercises that improve the health of your muscles and joints so that getting up and down from a chair or the ground will be easier. Students will need to bring a yoga block or book of similar shape to class.
