Asking for what you want clearly and directly can be scary. You may be afraid of being too needy, too dependent. Discuss how making clear requests is the lifeblood of any relationship. In this workshop you will learn how to get clarity on what you really want, make clear requests, be flexible, stop keeping score and share appreciation for the ways in which others contribute to the joy in your life.

"Rob Eames is a Relationship Coach and founder of Couples Focus LLC (www.couplesfocus.com). Rob supports individuals and couples to create and maintain fulfilling romantic relationships.
