Deborah Nye

First an investor then an agent, designer Deborah Nye bought her first investment property during the crash in 2008. The property was a small 2BR row house that needed total renovation. After completing it pretty quickly with few problems, and renting it with few problems, Deborah was hooked. She has gone on to purchase and renovate single family homes as well as commercial and multi-unit properties, the most recent in Texas! Deborah is active in a real estate investment group where she lends her expertise in teaching others how to invest. She is now offering her no-nonsense approach and dynamic personality to anyone interested in getting started in real Real Estate investing.
