Benjamin Witmer

Benjamin Witmer draws upon over 20 years of experience in helping clients navigate through the mortgage process. He's received the Philadelphia Magazine's 5 Star Mortgage Award, which celebrates those mortgage professionals that provide and create a superior, low cost mortgage experience, 5 years in a row. Benjamin got his start helping clients buy new homes and second homes on the beaches of Florida to being regional sales manager and SVP of a publicly traded mortgage banker. In 2001, frustrated with the big bank mentality that has little consideration for customer service, he created his own boutique mortgage shop specializing in qualifying to closing, hands on client service. Operating with his staff in a downtown Radnor storefront, he continues to assist his clients in PA, NJ, DE and NY.
