NEW Start with a three-course gourmet lunch prepared and served by students at Bocuse, a sophisticated elevation of classic French cuisine using ultra-modern cooking techniques. Following dessert, enjoy the “CIA Experience” including the Institute’s history, interactive "science of taste" demonstration, tour of Roth Hall, Q&A with current CIA students. and finally, a visit to the fabulous book and kitchen utensil store and cafe for to-go delicacies.
