Have you ever wanted to make that perfect all butter crust for your pies? Join Michael as he walks you through the steps to making the perfect pie crust with all the flaky layers you have longed for. In this class we will cover making the dough, rolling out the crust, baking a filled pie as well as blind baking. Pie samples will be served at the conclusion of class.
